Terms of Service – Electronic Services

Definitions

• Active User: Any User with an active subscription agreement between the Service Provider and the User during the term of service.

• AI: Artificial intelligence functionalities, including but not limited to ChatGPT, used as described in Section III, Point 9.

• Chat: Real-time conversation on the Website between the Service Provider (or its authorized representatives/Experts) and the User, involving the exchange of messages using digital tools provided by the Service Provider.

• Business Days: Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.

• Expert: An individual who provides services to Users via the Website, based on an agreement between the Service Provider and the User.

• Exclusive Community Group: A private support group available only to Active Users during a valid subscription term, offering a dedicated online forum.

• Consumer: Any individual using the Website, including purchasers of Services for personal (non-business) purposes.

• User Account: An individual panel created on request of the User during registration, providing access to the User's information and order history.

• Website: luna-maria.com, the online service operated by the Service Provider.

• Service Agreement: The agreement for services entered into remotely between the User and the Service Provider, under the terms outlined in these Terms.

• Service Provider: MR. Producer LLC, ul. Stefana Batorego 18/108, 02-591 Warsaw, Poland, NIP: 7011267526.

• Services: Esoteric services provided by Experts to Users via the Website, including fortune-telling, tarot, horoscopes, or affirmations, available as described and priced on the Website (including access period).

• Unregistered User: A Consumer who has entered into a Service Agreement or is in the process of doing so, but does not have a registered User Account.

• Registered User: A Consumer with a User Account who has entered into or is in process of entering a Service Agreement.

• User or Client: Refers to both Registered and Unregistered Users.

By using our Website and Services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

General Provisions

• These Terms define the rules for using the website luna-maria.com.

• The Terms are made available for free on the Website.

• You may print, save, or download these Terms at any time.

• Accessing some Website content does not require creating a User Account.

• Before making a purchase or using paid Services, you must read and agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

• All prices are listed in the applicable currency according to your locale and include all taxes and fees.

• Users must use the Website solely for their personal needs.

• By accepting these Terms, Users agree to use the Website lawfully and respectfully.

• The Website and all content (including text, audio, images, graphics, and software) are protected by intellectual property laws and remain the property of the Service Provider.

Use of Artificial Intelligence (AI)

• The Service Provider supplements its services with AI functionalities (e.g., ChatGPT by OpenAI).

• Communication involving AI does not include confidential or sensitive data and is subject to review by human staff before being sent to the User.

• The Service Provider maintains full responsibility for information provided via AI-assisted Chat.

Permitted Use and User Obligations

• Services are for adults with full legal capacity only.

• Both Registered and Unregistered Users may use the Services.

• Creating a User Account is voluntary but enables additional features (such as order history and discounts).

• Users agree to keep login credentials confidential and provide current, truthful contact information.

• Use of the Services requires: internet access, a compatible device, an up-to-date browser supporting JavaScript and cookies, and an active email address.

• The User is responsible for any additional data/network charges imposed by their internet service provider.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Using the Website in violation of these Terms or applicable law

• Harassing Service Provider staff or other Users

• Uploading harmful, unlawful, discriminatory, or offensive content

• Engaging in spam, commercial, or promotional activity on the Website

• Attempting to manipulate or interfere with the Website’s software, security, or coding

The Service Provider reserves the right to deny or terminate access to the Website and Services for violations of these rules.

Service Description and Delivery

• Esoteric Services are subjective, personal, and informational in nature. They are not medical, legal, psychological, tax, or professional advice and are not a substitute for consultation with a licensed specialist.

• The Website is available in Polish; communication may be provided in other languages at the provider’s discretion.

• The quality of digital content and experience may vary depending on the User’s device, location, and internet connection.

• The Service Provider is not liable for issues caused by the User’s hardware, internet speed, or third-party providers.

Subscriptions and Payment

• Services are provided via prepaid subscription. Subscriptions may be monthly, quarterly, or annual as described.

• Payment is required in advance, via Przelewy24 or another authorized payment processor (no extra User fees).

• The subscription is renewed automatically unless canceled by the User.

• There are no refunds for cancelation during an active subscription period; access continues until the original expiration date.

• Purchase is not valid until all required information is provided, including a current email and, where needed, a phone number.

• The Service Provider may verify or refuse an order at its discretion (for fraud prevention or compliance reasons).

• Platform: The shop and payment process is operated using Shopify Inc.; data you provide for purchases may be processed by Shopify strictly for order fulfillment and technical support.

Service Restrictions

Service Provider reserves the right to refuse to provide Services related to:

• Death, illness, or other medical questions

• War, terrorism, or criminal activity

• Sexual content, pornography, or hate speech

• Discrimination or violation of third-party rights

If your inquiry falls into any prohibited category, your payment will be refunded within 14 days, following notification and receipt of banking information.

Access and Usage

• Users may use Services for personal use only during the active subscription period.

• If the subscription lapses, access to Exclusive Community Groups and subscription content is revoked.

• Any discussion via Chat or with Experts is confidential; sharing or distributing such content is strictly prohibited.

“Sisterhood – The Luna Code” Subscription

• A special “Sisterhood” membership gives Active Users access to a private spiritual community, exclusive content, rituals, and affirmations.

• Subscription details are outlined on the Website; cancellation is possible anytime (but without refund of the current paid period).

Complaints and Dispute Resolution

• Users may submit complaints via email to info@luna-maria.com, including relevant details and subscription data.

• The Service Provider will respond within 14 days.

• Further dispute resolution options include mediation, arbitration, or contacting local consumer protection offices (for E.U. users).

• Independent complaint forms (for withdrawal, etc.) are provided as attachments on the Website.

Right to Cancel (For Consumers, if required by applicable law)

• Users may have the right to withdraw from the Service Agreement within 14 days of purchase, unless the service has been fully performed with their prior consent and acknowledgment of waiver of the right to cancel (per local laws).

User Reviews

• Only actual Users may leave reviews, including their rating (1-5 stars), pseudonym/name, and optional comments.

• Reviews are verified for authenticity before publication.

• The Service Provider does not alter review content but reserves the right to remove false, duplicate, offensive, or spam reviews.

• By submitting a review, Users grant the Service Provider a perpetual, royalty-free license to display, publish, and reproduce their feedback.

Privacy and Data Protection

• All personal data is processed in accordance with our [Privacy Policy](insert link).

• Submission of personal data is voluntary but necessary to create a User Account and access Services.

Amendments

• The Service Provider reserves the right to update these Terms. Changes are announced at least 14 days in advance via the Website and/or email.

• Any part of these Terms deemed invalid will not affect the enforceability of the remaining provisions.

• For any matters not covered, applicable law shall apply.
